Fields of study with vocational certificate.

Cook – Waiter

three-year study 65-51-H/01

Course characteristics:
Students learn production of the current range of foods, hot and cold food, diet food, rational food, their supply, preparing meals for everyday and special occasions; service of restaurant guests, working with money and takings; treatment of drinks, laying tables including banquet tables and table service; a foundation needed for an independent business. The field is more demanding than a separate cook or a waiter branches and more challenging for student training.

Application in practice:
Field prepares for a waiter or cook occupation with an application in restaurants, hotels and catering establishments. It is also suitable as a preparation for self-employment business in the field.

Options for further education of graduates:
After successfully passing the final test, graduates may enrol directly to follow-up study at our school. Available is either full-time (for 2 years) or correspondence course (for 3 years), which both end with graduation.

Confectioner

Three-year study 29-54-H/01

Course characteristics:
Acquiring knowledge and skills in the field of materials processing and production of the final confectionary products, including their decoration and fine workmanship; knowledge of operation and maintenance of the candy machine-processing equipment.

Application in practice:
Own production of confectionary products in pastry shops, cake shops, restaurants and other establishments.

Options for further education of graduates:
After successfully passing the final test, graduates may enrol directly to follow-up study at our school which ends with graduation.

Three-year study 66-51-H/01

Course characteristics:
The acquisition of knowledge and skills of business in a market economy; knowledge about the offered goods, properties and methods of storing. Management of basic methods of arranging, management of documents in a store, etc. The ability to communicate with the customer on an appropriate level.

Application in practice:
Independent work in all types of operating retail units of various forms of ownership, in stores, at fairs, as well as in small private shops.

Options for further education of graduates:
After successfully passing the final test, graduates may enrol directly to follow-up study at our school. Available is either full-time (for 2 years) or correspondence course (for 3 years), which both end with graduation.

Course characteristics:
Field is designed for boys and girls and focuses on the acquisition of skills in arranging goods, the manufacture of various promotional tools, preparation and implementation of promotions.

Application in practice:
In commercial institutions, exhibitions and trade fairs, marketing departments of companies and advertising agencies.

Options for further education of graduates:
